From the report:
"The tool kit incorporates lessons learnt from different parts of the world and it is divided into three portals namely; conflict drivers -- there are 40 conflict drivers identified and which were derived from the development community and not from academic institutions. The second portal is the development program portal. This uses USAID development program objectives and there are about 20 of them. The third is the ICT model which seeks to provide information about specific technologies that exist and the advantages and disadvantages of each to enable organizations involved in peace work identify the bestICT tools for intervention in their specific areas."
