Audrey is the Education Program Director with the ICONS Project. The ICONS Project, based at the University of Maryland, provides online role-play simulations on contentious political issues to a variety of academic, government, and business clients. Ms. Tetteh oversees all aspects of ICONS' secondary education and higher education programs, including curriculum development and instructional support for teachers using online simulations.
Prior to joining the ICONS Project, Ms. Tetteh was a middle school social studies teacher in Linthicum, Maryland, where she taught geography and served as an instructional team leader. She has also worked for non-profit organizations focused on education, including the Living Classrooms Foundation and the National Peace Corps Association.
Ms. Tetteh holds a B.A. in Geography and International Service from Valparaiso University. She received her M.Ed. from the University of Maryland, where her research focused on global education in social studies.
