As part of the Year of Immigration, the Anwar Sadat Chair for Peace and Development, the College of Behavioral and Social Sciences, and the Office of International Affairs cordially invite you to The Global Response to the Refugee Crisis.
The event will consist of a panel discussion featuring Nancy Lindborg, President of the United States Institute of Peace, Eric Schwartz, President of Refugees International, Her Excellency Ambassador Dina Kawar, Ambassador of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to the United States, and Shibley Telhami who is the Anwar Sadat Professor for Peace and Development and Director of the UMD Critical Issues Poll.
It will take place on Thursday, March 7th at 4:00 pm in the Prince George's Room in the Stamp Student Union.
